At Body Bliss Yoga, we bring
yoga to life. We bring together community to practice embodied yoga
or the actualization of yoga. Through inquiry into body, breath and
mind, we facilitate listening, connection and inspiration. Yoga principles,
alignment technique, breath and relaxation provide the foundation for the
practice of strong soft postures, flowing sequences and meditation. The forces
that move us are explored.
